The global market leader in forestry machinery, John Deere, wanted to renew its trade fair concept for the industry's main domestic event, FinnMetko. In previous years, a project carried out by the company itself was to be renewed with an external expert. We wanted clarity, a consistent visual identity, relevant program content, comfort, and new ways to build dialogue with current customers and prospects.
Pulp designed a trade fair concept based on the terms of a traditional brand, with the functions of a huge trade fair booth separated into their own distinct parts. A unified visual identity and eye-cathing displays were invested in. Technical leadership, experientiality, and inspiring program content were brought to the forefront and used to achieve sales goals. Brand awareness increased significantly. Customer flows could be directed more intelligently and more effectively than before. With the project outsourced, John Deere's employees were able to focus solely on their primary responsibilities. The redesigned trade fair concept was praised by both the client and the trade fair attendees, and best of all, the sales were successful.
