The educational book publisher Schildts & Söderströms Läromedel wanted to renew its fair concept, including both the booth and the content. For years, the booth was built in the same format and followed the fair's Swedish-speaking area's unified, structurally identical red-and-white color scheme. We wanted a completely redesigned concept that would now also reflect the Schildts & Söderströms brand. Ideas were also needed to refine the commercial concept of the fair.
Pulp created and implemented a booth solution that delighted the client down to the smallest details. A stylishly branded, clear, and open booth complete with storage areas, service counters, and activation points was everything that had been dreamed of for a long time. The commercial strategy included activating and engaging the customer base even prior to the trade fair. The number of customers who responded to the invitation and registered for the trade fair programs was record-breaking. Meeting scheduling and customer flow management were both optimized. Throughout the fair, the booth maintained a lively and joyful vibe. The event's aims were exceeded, and the consumer base was engaged in an entirely new way. This was also reflected in the customer feedback received.
