Veho wanted to commemorate its 75th anniversary with a grand invitation-only celebration. At the same time, the new car models C-, GLA, and V would be launched. The guests were also to be introduced to the fleet of commercial vehicles. The implementation had to be in line with the traditional values of Veho.
Veho put the event agencies out to tender for the event, and Pulp won the competition. We developed an event concept where ceremonies, a car cavalcade and launches, indoor exhibition, and the comfort of a large guest crowd formed a cohesive event experience. The show required lightness, precise management, and top-tier technical solutions. Strong production experience became invaluable in a program lineup that included demanding logistical components. A world-class evening was executed at the Helsinki Exhibition and Convention Centre.
